When the 19 year old Echo gets kidnapped and thrown in a dark cell she believes that her bad luck streak has reached its zenith, but out of the darkness she found Gregori, a fellow captive and it is love at first sight.  Though Echo's luck takes an even worse course when the chief of the Tereshina Tribe decides he wants her for his own.  Only then does she realize that the key to their escape might mean her own doom.  She decides to give Nilmerg what he wants, but in doing so the very people she is trying to set free turns their backs on her, seeing her as a traitor.  Does she have the will power to pretend long enough to save their lives?  Or will they all peril under the hand of this dark magical tribe?  (This saga remind strongly of some Harry Potter adventures – Editor.)
